How It Works

1. When the Trial Starts
Your 30-day trial begins the day your order is delivered, giving you plenty of time to ensure your pup loves its new home.

2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a refund, items must be:

• Gently used and in near-new condition
• Clean and free from any stains or messes (including pee, poop, blood, dirt, etc.)
• Undamaged and fully functional
• Returned in the original packaging or equivalent professional packaging

3. Return Shipping Fee
A flat $50 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. We take care of the rest.

4. Refund Timing
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

5. Return Deadline
Returns are only accepted within 30 days of delivery. We’re unable to process returns after this window.
